This Privacy Policy applies to the following JIUJU mobile games: Bounce Master, Number Merge, Signal Surge Yard, Potion Sort, Block Garden, and Tape Whisper (together, the “Games”).
Our games are designed to work offline. Game progress and settings stay on your device.
2. Information handling
You can play our Games without creating an account. We do not operate a user account system and do not ask you to provide a name, address, phone number, or precise location to play.
Stored locally
Depending on the Game, the following information is stored on your device and is not transmitted to us:
- Game progress, scores, and achievements
- Game settings and language preferences
- Saved sessions and tutorial state
May be processed by service providers
Where a version of a Game includes advertising or consent services, providers may process:
- Device and app information
- Advertising identifiers or equivalent signals
- IP address and approximate region
- Ad interactions and diagnostics
If you contact us for support, we receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, and problem description. We use it only to respond, troubleshoot, and protect our Games.

6. Retention, security, and international processing
Local game data remains on your device until you clear it or uninstall the Game. Support messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request, keep necessary records, and protect our services. Service providers retain and secure information according to their own policies and may process it in other countries.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our Games, providers, or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised policy here and update the effective date. Material changes may also be announced inside the relevant Game where practical.
